专利说明:
The invention is a frame for a printed product. This frame should be designed such that it is suitable for receiving the printed product, that is to say in particular a photo album, photo book, calendar or the like. In particular, the frame is designed as a wall frame, that is to say the printed product is fastened and held by means of the frame on a wall. Conventional picture frames, such as shown in US 2010 0 083 548 A1, serve to receive a single sheet, this sheet may for example contain a photograph, a drawing, a calendar sheet, a certificate. The picture frame of US 2010 0 083 548 A1 consists of four frame corners and a rear wall. Three of these corners are permanently connected to the back wall. The fourth frame corner is removable and is connected by means of magnetic elements with the two adjacent corners and / or with the rear wall. The frame corners have on the inside, adjacent to the rear wall on a U-shaped channel, which serves to receive the sheet to be presented and a protective transparent cover plate, such as a glass or plastic plate. The magnetic elements are designed as button-like magnets with a circular cross section, which can be easily opened or closed by a small rotational movement is applied to the frame corner for detachment of the frame corner of the two adjacent frame corners in the mounting position. These button-like magnets come to rest on top of each other when the frame corner is positioned in the position of use. This rotational movement reduces the magnetic attraction of opposing opposing polarizations because the north poles of the magnets are no longer in line with the corresponding south poles of the adjacent frame corner. Therefore, a simple opening and closing of the frame corner is possible. In US 2014 259 840 A1 a picture frame is shown having a plurality of U-shaped channels for receiving a sheet. With such a picture frame thus a plurality of presentation variants can be realized with different depth effect. The attachment means for the frame corners can be configured in a similar manner as in US 2010 0 083 548 A1. However, such a picture frame is not suitable for receiving a printed product, that is, a plate member having a thickness of more than 2 mm and having a weight of more than 100 g. Such a printed product contains in particular a plurality of sheets. By a slight deflection of the magnets, the holding force is reduced so that a book or other printed matter can move the frame corner by its own weight. By shifting the position of the magnets, the frame corner can open and the book fall out of the frame. This can result in damage to the frame and / or the book, especially if the picture frame is intended for attachment to a wall. Therefore, frames have also been designed specifically for holding books, as shown for example in GB 2 451 269 A. Thus, there is a need for a frame for receiving a printed product that avoids the disadvantages of the prior art. GB 2 451 269 shows a swiveling frame for accommodating books, which according to one embodiment can be opened like a door (or like a book) (Figure 7). Alternatively, the cover of this frame can be removed (Fig. 9). US 6 186 465 B1 shows a wall frame for a book which has a transparent removable cover and an optional frame. However, none of these solutions shows a simply removable frame member, by means of which the printed product is removed without aids and resumed. The object of the invention is therefore to provide a framework in which a printed matter within a plurality of frame members is receivable and durable, the printed matter without tools from the frame can be removed, so that a different side of the printed matter can be presented. The solution of this object is achieved by the subject matter of claim 1. Advantageous embodiments will be apparent from the subject matter of the dependent claims 2-10. The inventive frame comprises a first frame member and a second frame member. The first frame element may consist of a plurality of subframe elements. At least one of the frame members may be formed as a removable frame member. Each of the subframe elements may also be removable. The removable frame element is in particular the second frame element. The removable frame member has a first end and a second end, and an inner edge adjacent to the printed product and an outer edge. The first and the second end each form a side edge. The inner edge and the outer edge extend from the first end to the second end. Depending on a magnetic element is provided at the first end and the second end, so that the frame member is connectable at the first and second ends to the adjacent frame member by means of the magnetic elements. Thus, the detachable frame member can be held by the magnetic members in the first frame member. At least one of the frame elements has a recess for receiving the printed product to be presented on the edge adjacent to the printed product. The magnetic elements are designed as rod-shaped magnetic elements. Advantageously, the rod-shaped magnetic elements have a carrying capacity of at least 1 kg each. As a result, printed products, in particular calendars, smaller photo albums, illustrated books or the like can be kept within this framework. For larger frames and / or heavier objects, which may include, for example, flat screens or tablets, can be absorbed by the removable frame member in particular a carrying capacity of at least 5 kg, especially if the removable frame member is arranged at vertical orientation on the underside of the frame. The removable frame member is removable by a deflection at an angle of at least 5 degrees from its rest position from the frame. The deflection can be generated by a rotation of the frame member about its longitudinal axis. The deflection can be done by a small angle, which is between 5 and 15 degrees. In particular, the deflection can take place about a longitudinal axis of the removable frame element. The rod-shaped magnetic element may according to one embodiment have a rectangular cross-section. The long side may have a length of at least 10 mm and the broad side a width of at least 2 mm. A plurality of rod-shaped magnetic elements may be provided. The rod-shaped magnetic members may be juxtaposed with respect to the thickness of the detachable frame member. They can also be arranged one behind the other, that is, the rod-shaped magnetic elements each adjoin one another with a broad side. In particular, the rod-shaped magnetic elements of the inner edge may have a smaller distance than from the outer edge. As a result, the leverage can be increased. The user can grasp the removable frame member at its outer edge or include the outer edge and the inner edge and can by an angular rotation of 5 degrees to a maximum of 15 degrees, the rod-shaped magnetic elements move away from each other so that the holding force is reduced so far that the removable frame element in a simple manner can be removed. The user can exert a compressive force on the outer edge to initiate a tilting movement, which causes the magnetic elements of the first frame member and the second frame member are no longer one above the other, whereby the magnetic attraction force is reduced so far that a simple removal of the frame member can. The tilting movement or pivoting movement thus takes place about a longitudinal axis of the frame element which extends between the inner edge and the outer edge. If the inner edge is arranged parallel to the outer edge, and the longitudinal axis is parallel to the inner or outer edge. Advantageously, the longitudinal axis is located closer to the inner edge than the outer edge. This has the consequence that the lever arm from the longitudinal axis to the outer edge is greater than the lever arm from the longitudinal axis to the inner edge, so that a lesser effort is required for the execution of the pivoting or tilting movement when the user exerts a compressive force in the region of the outer edge , The magnetic elements can also extend over the entire length of the ends, in particular if the length of the magnetic elements is greater than their width. In particular, it is advantageous if the length of the magnetic element is at least three times as large as its width. If two such long, narrow opposing magnetic elements deflected against each other, the attraction decreases rapidly even with a small deflection of 5 to 15 degrees, so that the frame member can be removed without much effort, even if a plurality of magnetic elements must be arranged one behind the other, a To ensure higher load capacity of the frame. According to the present embodiment, the detachable frame member is formed from the underside of the frame when the frame is in a substantially vertical position. In particular, the frame may be attached to a wall. When the detachable frame member is removed in this position, the printed matter can be removed from the frame by its own weight. However, when opening the removable frame element, make sure that the printed product does not fall unexpectedly to the floor. Therefore, the removable frame element is designed so that it can be opened with one hand. In particular, by the initiation of a rotational movement by performing a tilting or pivoting movement by pressure on the outer edge or adjacent to the outer edge surface region, the frame member can be removed and stored with one hand, with the other hand, the printed product can be kept safe or can be removed simultaneously. The frame may have a rear wall. In the vertical position of use is the back wall between the printed product and the wall to which the frame is attached. The back wall is mainly used to preserve the space that receives the printed matter, from contamination. The back wall may also have a decorative surface or contain an image or photograph that will become visible when no printed matter is held in the frame. In particular, the rear wall or at least one of the frame members comprise a spring element, so that printed products with variable thickness dimensions can be accommodated in the frame. With such a spring element differences in the thickness of the printed products to be issued can be compensated. The rear wall may include a recess for removal of the printed product. In particular, if the removable frame member is not on the underside of the frame, but on one side or the top of the frame, the printed product does not fall from the frame by its own weight, but is retained by its own weight in the frame. The user can hold the printed product in the recess after removal of the removable frame member and pull out of the recess. Through the recess, the position of the removable frame member may be arbitrary and the printed product can also be removed from any position of the frame. In particular, the frame does not have to be removed from its suspension on the wall. According to one embodiment can also be dispensed with the back wall, for example, if the printed product itself is equipped with a dust jacket. In particular, one of the frame members may be constructed of three frame members. The frame part elements may be firmly connected to each other, for example glued or glued together, but they can also be releasably connected to each other. For example, magnetic elements may also be provided at the ends of the frame part elements. In particular, the recess may be formed on the inside of at least one of the frame elements L-shaped, so that with the rear wall, a U-shaped channel is formed. The recess may in particular be formed circumferentially. In particular, the recess may also be designed as a groove. The printed product can be protected in particular by a transparent cover plate from moisture or dirt. The cover plate may for example comprise a glass or plastic plate. The printed matter is durable between the rear wall of the transparent cover plate and the frame members. According to one embodiment, the removable frame member and the frame members may be constructed of modules, for example, be plugged together and / or also be connected to each other with magnetic elements. By using modules, if necessary, the frame size can be adapted to print products with different length dimensions and width dimensions by removing individual modules from the frame elements or by attaching additional modules. Preferably, all modules have the same dimensions, so that they can be used in blocks for any frame element. Hereinafter, the frame according to the invention will be illustrated with reference to some embodiments. FIG.<Tb> FIG. 6 <SEP> is a view of a frame according to a third embodiment,<Tb> FIG. 7 <SEP> is a view of a frame according to a fourth embodiment. Fig. 1 shows a view of a frame 10 according to a first embodiment. This frame 10 serves to receive a printed product 15, which is drawn schematically within the border with dashed lines. The frame according to FIG. 1 comprises a frame element 1 and a frame element 2. The first frame element may consist of a plurality of subframe elements 3, 4, 5. At least one of the frame members may be formed as a removable frame member 2. Each of the subframe elements 3,4,5 may also be removable. The removable frame member 2 has a first end 6 and a second end 7, and an inner edge 8 adjacent to the printed product and an outer edge 9. The first end 6 and the second end 7 each form a side edge. The outer edge 9, the first end 6, the inner edge 8 and the second end 7 define an at least in the projection trapezoidal surface, because the length of the inner edge 8 is smaller than the length of the outer edge 9. The inner edge 8 and the outer edge 9 extend from the first end 6 to the second end 7. A respective magnetic element 11, 12 is provided at the first end 6 and at the second end 7, so that the removable frame element 2 at the first and second ends 6, 7 with the adjacent first frame member 1 by means of the magnetic elements 11, 12 is connectable. At least one of the frame elements 1, 2 has on the edge adjacent to the printed product 15 a recess 13 for receiving the printed product to be presented. The magnetic elements 11, 12 are formed as rod-shaped magnetic elements. Advantageously, the rod-shaped magnetic elements 11, 12 have a carrying capacity of at least 1 kg each. In particular, the rod-shaped magnetic elements can have a carrying capacity of at least 5 kg. The removable frame member 2 is removable by a deflection at an angle of at least 5 degrees from its rest position from the frame. The deflection is generated by a rotation of the frame member about its longitudinal axis, initiated for example by a pivoting or tilting movement, which the user exerts by exerting a compressive force on the outer edge 9 or on the adjoining the outer edge 9 surface of the removable frame member. The rod-shaped magnetic element 11, 12 has a rectangular cross-section. The long side may have a length of at least 10 mm and the broad side a width of at least 2 mm. The frame may have a rear wall 17. In particular, the rear wall 17 or at least one of the frame members 1, 2 comprise a spring element, spacer or holding element, so that printed products with variable thickness dimensions in the frame are recordable durable. Such a spring element, spacer or retaining element is not shown in the drawing. According to the present embodiment, the first frame member 1 is composed of a plurality of frame part elements 3,4,5. The frame part elements 3,4,5 can be firmly connected to each other, for example glued or glued together, but they can also be detachably connected to each other. For example, at the ends of the frame part elements 3,4,5 may also be provided magnetic elements, which are not shown in the drawing. In particular, the recess 13 may be formed on the inside of the removable frame member 2 L-shaped, so that with the rear wall 17, a U-shaped channel is formed. The recess 13 may be formed in particular circumferentially. The printed product can be protected in particular by a transparent cover plate from moisture or dirt. The cover plate may for example comprise a glass or plastic plate. The printed product is durable between the rear wall 17, the transparent cover plate and the frame members 1, 2. The transparent cover plate is omitted in the illustration according to FIG. Fig. 2 shows a section through a frame 30 according to a second embodiment. Reference numerals denoting the same parts as in Fig. 1 are designated the same. In the following description of FIG. 2, therefore, only the differences from FIG. 1 will be discussed. This means that all statements relating to FIG. 1 which do not relate to the differences mentioned apply analogously to FIG. 2. The removable frame member and the frame members 3,4, 5 may also be constructed of modules, for example, be plugged together and / or also be connected to each other with magnetic elements. By using modules, if necessary, the frame size can be adapted to print products with different length dimensions and width dimensions by removing individual modules from the frame elements or by attaching additional modules. Preferably, all modules have the same dimensions, so that they can be used in blocks for any frame element. The frame 30 of this second embodiment comprises a first frame member 1 and a removable frame member 2. Each of the subframe elements 3,4,5 may also be removable. The removable frame member 2 has a first end 6 and a second end, wherein the second end is cut away by a partial section in Fig. 2, so that the attached to the end of the frame member 5 magnetic element 22 is visible. Another section is laid through the frame member 4 to show the recess 13, which serves to receive an edge of the printed product. The rear wall 17 includes a recess 18 for removal of the printed product. In particular, the recess may also be designed as a groove. Fig. 3 is a view of the frame 10 according to the first embodiment in a two-dimensional exploded view, wherein the frame members 1, 2 are shown in various views and sections. The frame member 1 consists of the frame part elements 3, 4, 5. For each of the frame members and the frame member are a front view 25, a view from above 26, a bottom view 27 and two views 28, 29 shown from the side , Furthermore, a view of the back, so the inside of the frame member is shown. The views of all frame elements are provided with the same reference numerals, provided that it is the same view, even if the objects shown differ from each other. The differences are discussed in detail in FIGS. 4 and 5. In Fig. 4 is a detail of the frame member 1 is shown in a variant of Fig. 1 and that a detail of the frame part element 3. The frame member 3 has a first end 6 and a second end 7, and one adjacent to the printed product Inner edge 8 and an outer edge 9. The first end 6 and the second end 7 each form a side edge. The inner edge 8 and the outer edge 9 extend from the first end 6 to the second end 7. A magnetic element 21 is provided at the first end 6, so that the removable frame member 2 at its first end 6 with the adjacent removable frame member 2 by means of the local magnetic element 11th is connectable (see Fig. 5). The magnetic element 21 is designed as a rod-shaped magnetic element. The frame part element 3, in the variant of the first embodiment shown in Fig. 4 on the printed product 15 facing inside a groove 16 for receiving the printed product to be presented. That is, the printed product can be received in the groove 16, so that a rear wall can be omitted. The inner view 24 is shown as a partial section to make the magnetic element 21 visible. According to the present variant, the magnetic element 21 is closer to the inner edge 8 than to the outer edge 9. In Fig. 5, a detail of the frame member 2 of Fig. 1 is shown. The frame element 2 has a first end 6 and a second end 7, as well as an inner edge 8 adjoining the printed product and an opposite outer edge 9. The first end 6 and the second end 7 each form a side edge. The inner edge 8 and the outer edge 9 extend from the first end 6 to the second end 7. A magnetic element 11 is provided at the first end 6, so that the removable frame member 2 at its first end 6 with the adjacent frame member 3 by means of the local magnetic element 21 connectable is (see Fig. 4). The magnetic element 11 is formed as a rod-shaped magnetic element. The removable frame member 2, in the variant of the first embodiment shown in Fig. 4 on the printed product 15 facing inside a recess 13 for receiving the printed product to be presented on. That is, the printed product may be in the recess 13 and will be held by the rear wall 17. For the interior view 24, the rear wall has been removed to make the position of the magnetic elements 11, 12 visible. According to the present variant, the magnetic elements 11, 12 are closer to the inner edge 8 than to the outer edge 9. Dis has the advantage that in a tilting movement about a longitudinal axis of the frame member 2, the lever arm to the outer edge 9 is longer than the lever arm as the inner edge 8. Therefore a user can initiate the tilting movement with relatively little effort. The longitudinal axis may also extend through the magnetic elements. If the longitudinal axis is closer to the inner edge 8 than to the outer edge 9, the advantage of the simple operation can also be achieved if only one of the magnetic elements is arranged closer to the inner edge 8 than to the outer edge 9. Each of the illustrated embodiments may be equipped with brackets which allow attachment of the frame to the wall. A back wall could be omitted if the frame members have a U-shaped channel into which the printed product is inserted. The printed product is held according to this variant only in the frame elements. Each of the frame members or the back panel could include tensioning mechanisms so that books of different thicknesses can also be held in the frame. Such tensioning mechanisms are shown, for example, in the documents US Pat. No. 6,186,465 B1, US Pat. No. 2,649,799 A. The frame could also be triangular, as shown for example in Figure 6, or contain two ellipse halves, semicircles or circle segments held by the magnetic elements. Such frames may each include two parallel guide rails and a support rail connected to the detachable frame member, which allow the recording of the album or book in a triangular, elliptical or circular decorative frame, as illustrated by the example of FIG.
